Diagnostics Testing
We offer annual and as needed lab tests orders, such as cholesterol screening, Vitamin deficiencies, routine blood levels, STD/STI screening, thyroid studies, kidney function, and diabetes screenings to monitor health and test for conditions before symptoms appear. Additional referrals are made for x-rays, CT/MRI scans, or specialized blood tests at imaging and laboratory facilities as needed for further diagnosis or tracking treatment progress. Medication Refills
Online and phone requests allow you to manage all your prescription needs conveniently. We handle issuing refills seamlessly and reconcile medications from multiple providers. This ensures no errors or dangerous interactions occur in your drug therapy. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to staying on treatment plans as prescribed.
Sick Visits / Sick Notes
If illness prevents work or school attendance, same-day appointments enable timely clinical exams, treatment if required, and documentation for employers and schools upon request. These notes recommend the time needed to recover at home without penalty. Getting better and back to normal activities happens smoothly with our support.

When to go to the Emergency Room or call an ambulance instead:
- Anaphylaxis – Throat closing, difficulty swallowing, and/or feeling of tightness in the throat Broken bones.

- Bleeding that won’t stop or any severe bleeding.
- Any severe illness or injury that prevents participation in normal daily activities. Unconsciousness.
- Severe vomiting, dizziness, or headache.
- Hemiparesis – new onset weakness of one side of the body. New onset slurred speech.
